Dr. Reed Edelman, O.D.

Dr. Reed Edelman, a seasoned eyecare professional, brings over four decades of experience to his practice. Graduating from the University of Rhode Island for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Edelman later pursued his optometric education at the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

From a young age, Dr. Edelman harbored a passion for the medical arts, a passion that led him to embark on a pre-medical track in college. However, his journey took a turn when he founded a pre-optometry club, sparking a career change towards eyecare. Fascinated by the intricate connection between the eyes and the brain, he found the study of the eyes to be particularly captivating.

Dr. Edelman's clinical care passions center around family eye care and contact lenses. In his 41st year of practice, he continues to find joy in working with diverse patients each day. Developing long-term relationships with his patients is especially rewarding for Dr. Edelman, who values the opportunity to contribute to their eye health over the years.

Beyond his professional life, Dr. Edelman is happily married to his PCO professor since the week he graduated in May 1983. The couple has two sons, each pursuing unique paths—one in the tech industry in NYC, also playing guitar in a heavy metal band, and the other as a filmmaker and stand-up comedian in LA. Dr. Edelman's personal hobbies include tennis, magic, table tennis, and travel, reflecting a well-rounded and vibrant life outside the clinic.

With a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for eyecare, Dr. Reed Edelman continues to make a positive impact on the visual health and well-being of his patients, while also enjoying a fulfilling and diverse personal life.

Dr. Rebecca Sukul, O.D.

Dr. Rebecca Sukul is a board-certified optometrist from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with honors from Nova Southeastern University, along with an additional Bachelor of Science Degree in Vision Science. Rebecca completed her Doctor of Optometry Degree at Nova Southeastern College of Optometry, graduating with honors and ranking in the top 20 of her class.

As an active member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and Broward County Optometric Association, Rebecca is deeply committed to her profession. She was also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric International Honor Society. With a passion for providing quality, comprehensive eye care, Rebecca specializes in primary care optometry with a particular interest in ocular disease and myopia control. Her goal is to ensure every patient leaves her office with a smile.

Outside of her professional life, Rebecca enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.

I would highly recommend this place to anybody

First visit and was completely satisfied. The reception was like i was an old friend and been there many times before. The doc was fantastic and completely thorough. Meredith was a terrific sales person and the manager Azem was so accommodating it was hard to believe. I would highly recommend this place to anybody

Everyone was so helpful and nice...

Brought my daughter here for an eye exam. Everyone was so helpful and nice. They explained what they were doing to make her comfortable. She does need glasses and they did everything to find her stylish glasses and feel comfortable.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

Everyone at this store was extremely competent efficient friendly professional. My husband and I were in yesterday for our exams and glasses The girl that checked us in with the beautiful eye make up helped us as soon as we walked in, she was super friendly and professional. Next Bari helped us with the insurance end, super friendly and professional… The next girl to help us (I believe her name was Laura from Philly) started the eye exam, super friendly and professional, Lastly, Dr. Reed Edelman was a top notch doctor. I’ve been to enough doctors at 55 years old to know this guy really knows what he’s doing terrific Doctor/patient communication. After dealing with this stuff I feel like I want hang out with them, lol. Not only are they beautiful but they really know what they’re doing in such a no-nonsense way! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
