PHENOMENAL

I had a great experience with the whole team at Pathway Eye. My initial eye exam was extremely quick and efficient. Their office has a variety of options for glasses too, which was another reason why I paid them a visit. I needed a new pair of glasses and the ladies at Pathway were PHENOMENAL in helping me pick out the right ones. I tried on several pairs, never felt rushed, and left feeling confident in the pair we picked. My glasses arrived very quickly after this with the correct prescription too! In the meantime I also needed more contacts and was having issues with my new insurance. I was given plenty of contact samples to hold me over until things were sorted out. The staff was SO understanding! I highly highly recommend Pathway Eye Downtown to anyone looking to have their vision needs met.

I highly recommend!

These are the nicest people! I moved to Chattanooga a few months ago and had problems with my glasses pretty much as soon as I got here. I looked up optometrists in downtown, which is close to me, and decided to go by and see if they could help me. They had to add a new arm to my glasses. And the funny thing is, they had an identical, matching arm. They repaired, refitted and thoroughly cleaned my glasses, and wouldn’t take a penny. Everyone in the office was so genuinely friendly. Had to go back today to see if they would do something about my nose pads on another pair rritating my skin. Once again, I walked out a very happy customer. So glad I found a really great place for my optometry needs. They have a great selection of frames also. I highly recommend!
