Great Experience!

I felt comfortable walking into the store as it was wide open, welcoming and presented with appeal. The team casually came by to say hello and see if there was anything specific that my husband and I were looking for. While we were there for an appt and had to wait for our time, I noted the relaxed approach that the team took with curious seekers entering the store. They fielded potential customer questions expertly without pushing their products. When my exam was completed, the person assisting me in finding just the right frame look to go well on me stayed with me and provided his honest opinion on what did and did not look good...i appreciated his honestly. The other team member took that time to finalizing the cost and place the order and get me out the door as quickly as possible. Of course Dr. Phil MacKinder completed a thorough exam, even discussed concerns with me and answered all my questions well. If you’re looking for a great doctor and excellent team, check them out!

Would Recommend!

Always an excellent experience.the exam is always thorough. The doctor is always very cautious with pregnant and breastfeeding moms as to whether or not we want our eyes dilated. One of the best frame options too the girls up front are super helpful and know their stuff with a great eye for which glasses look best!

Thank you!

From the first day I walked through the door to set up an appointment I knew that I had come to the right place! The reception was friendly and personal. The appointment day lived up to my expectation. The staff and Dr. Mackinder whom I saw for my eye exam knew what they were about. I was very satisfied and have already been encouraging others to choose this place.
