Preparing for Your Visit
The visit starts with a consultation about medical history, vision concerns, and any symptoms. This helps the doctor tailor the exam to the patient’s needs.
We check your vision by having you look at an eye chart and choose between different lens options, helping us find the clearest and most comfortable prescription for you.
Patients should bring their insurance card or another payment method, a list of current medications (including over-the-counter medications), and their current glasses or contact lenses.
Patients are encouraged to complete any intake paperwork sent by link before the appointment, arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and prepare any questions or concerns they want to discuss with the eye doctor.
